To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and festive experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

 

Tickets & Admission

• Each ticket grants entry for one person only.
• Each unit is entitled to a maximum of 6 tickets only.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Children under 12 years old receive free entry.
• Digital Tickets must be presented upon entry
• Tickets are available at gate

 

Entry & Venue Capacity

• Entry is subject to venue capacity limits.
• Once full capacity is reached, entry may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons.
• Admission may be declined if:

  • Capacity has been reached
  • Entry guidelines are not met
  • Guest conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive

 

Children & Family Safety

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children’s supervision and safety throughout the venue.
• Some areas or activities may have restricted access based on age, height, or safety conditions.

 

Games, Activities & Attractions

Participation in games and activities is at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility.
• Certain activities may include age, height, or health limitations.
• The venue is not liable for injuries resulting from:

  • Misuse of equipment
  • Failure to follow staff instructions or abiding to posted signs
  • Risk-based participation

 

Food and Beverages Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Personal Belongings
• Guests are requested to keep personal belongings with them at all times.
• The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

 

Security & Conduct

• Security teams are present at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Guests must maintain respectful behavior toward staff, performers, and fellow visitors.
• The venue reserves the right to deny entry or request immediate exit in cases of:

  • Disorderly conduct
  • Aggression or harassment
  • Violation of venue rules
  • Unsafe behavior

 

Prohibited Items

For everyone’s safety, the following items are not allowed inside the venue:
• Outside food and beverages
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Illegal substances
• Fireworks
• Any item deemed unsafe by security

 

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken at the venue for marketing and promotional purposes.
• By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or filmed.
• Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise stated in specific areas.

• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related adjustments.
